Joining

All are welcome, membership runs from April to April. The annual fee is €200, which consists of €75 for membership of the national body (MACI) which includes third party insurance. The remaining €125 is for the club, to cover rent for the field and general field maintenance.

MACI

The MACI is the governing body of model flying in Ireland, you’ll need to fill out a few fields in a PDF form when joining the club. It should only take a few minutes.

The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) supervises and implements the Regulation in Ireland. Please read more on the IAA website, we can guide you through the process of signing up as an operator once you join the club.
